I help capable women get out of their own heads, stop second-guessing everything, and feel calmer in the middle of real life.
Because sometimes life isn’t falling apart.
Your brain has just decided to hold an emergency meeting about everything at once.
A free guided audio to help quiet the noise, clear a little space, and come back to yourself.
Begin My Chaos to Calm JourneyYou say yes. Then you get pissed off that you said yes. Then you feel guilty for being pissed off. Hello, guilt hangover.
You replay conversations. You wonder if you said too much. Or not enough.
You make a decision, then reopen the case six more times.
You take care of people, remember the details, keep things moving, and somehow become the unofficial manager of everyone else's life.
And when somebody says, “You just need to relax,” you consider whether prison orange is really your color. Kidding. Mostly.
The truth is, you are probably very capable. That may be part of the problem. People know you can handle things. So you do. And do. And do. Until your mind feels like it has 47 tabs open and one of them is playing music.
You don't need fixing.
You need space to think clearly again.
You probably already know plenty.
You don’t need another morning routine.
You don’t need a prettier planner.
And you definitely don’t need someone telling you to “just let it go.”
If it were that easy, you would have done it already.
What you may need is enough quiet to hear yourself again.
Enough space to know what you actually think
Enough confidence to say what you mean without rehearsing it seventeen times first
Enough calm to deal with what is in front of you without dragging yesterday, tomorrow, and everybody else’s opinion into the room
That’s where I come in.
Chaos to Calm does not mean becoming Zen while somebody is being ridiculous.
It does not mean pretending everything is fine.
And it definitely does not mean becoming someone who never gets annoyed.
It means things stop taking up so much room inside you.
You recover faster.
You speak up sooner.
You stop giving difficult people free rental space in your head.
You make a decision and move on.
You stop carrying things that were never yours to carry.
And little by little, you trust yourself again.
That changes a lot.
I use mindfulness, practical tools, intuition, and more than 25 years of experience helping people get out of mental overdrive and back into a steadier place.
Nothing weird is required.
You do not have to clear your mind.
You do not have to wear flowing white clothes or drink mysterious green beverages.
We work with real life.
The relationships.
The decisions.
The guilt.
The overthinking.
The sleep.
The stress.
And that little voice inside you that often knows the answer before the rest of your mind starts arguing with it.
Begin with Your First 8 Minutes from Chaos to Calm.
Eight minutes.
No homework.
No complicated system.
Just a chance to step out of the mental spin cycle and notice what happens.
Sometimes you want support.
And sometimes you want to say, “Can we please just talk about me for a minute?”
Yes.
Private work gives us room to look at what keeps happening, what you want instead, and what will actually help.
No cookie-cutter approach.
No squeezing your life into somebody else’s formula.
There is something strangely comforting about realizing you are not the only smart, capable woman who can turn one awkward conversation into a three-day miniseries.
My groups are practical, supportive, conversational, and often funny.
We learn.
We talk.
We use hypnosis and guided work.
And we practice bringing more calm, clarity, and self-trust into everyday life.
I speak and teach on overwhelm, intuition, communication, self-trust, hypnosis, and finding more peace under pressure.
My goal is simple:
Make it useful.
Make it understandable.
Make it real.
And keep everybody awake.
After more than 25 years of working with people, I have noticed something.
The ones struggling the most are often the ones everybody thinks are doing just fine.
The dependable ones.
The responsible ones.
The ones who figure it out.
The ones who say, “I’m fine.”
And technically, they are.
But fine can be exhausting.
At some point, you may realize you do not need to become stronger.
You have already proven that.
The better question is:
Can life feel easier?
Can you stop making yourself work so hard for every decision?
Can you trust the answer that showed up before you talked yourself out of it?
Can you say no without writing a five-paragraph explanation in your head?
Can you let an uncomfortable moment be one uncomfortable moment instead of a full-length feature film?
Yes.
And that is where things start to change.
You may notice that you:
And maybe one day you catch yourself thinking:
There I am.
The past few months working with you has been life changing in the best way. I have learned so much and healed so deeply through our sessions. It has been the most beautiful process for me to walk with you. Thank you for creating a safe space for me to meet myself and transform. I sometimes feel like you are a fairy godmother.

From the very beginning, Linda created a space that felt safe, nonjudgmental, and deeply supportive. What truly sets Linda apart is her authenticity. She doesn't offer one-size-fits-all answers or empty reassurances. Instead, she listens deeply, asks meaningful questions, and gently guides me toward my own understanding and truth.

I made a decision in five minutes that I'd been avoiding for months.

After taking one of Linda's workshops, I finally understood how my intuition speaks to me—what it feels like, where I notice it in my body, and how to trust what it's telling me. More than anything, I gained the confidence to listen to myself instead of automatically looking to everyone else for answers.

As a Reiki Master for many years, I am grateful Linda's Spiritual Alignment Specialist Program. I value her knowledge and insights that she conveys in each session. Linda is an exceptional mentor and is a true gem. I cannot thank her enough for bringing such awareness to me.

When I came to Linda I had been experiencing anxiety for years and was exhausted. She immediately made me feel comfortable and understood. She helped me understand how to release what wasn't serving me and get everything balanced again. I am hopeful again. Linda has a very special gift and I feel so lucky to have found her.

I’m Linda Herrick, The Chaos to Calm Specialist.
For more than 25 years, I have worked with people through private sessions, groups, classes, workshops and trainings using mind & body connections and techniques that change lives.
I love helping people understand themselves.
I love making complicated things simpler.
And I do not believe personal growth has to feel grim.
We can talk about real things.
We can do meaningful work.
We can make changes.
And we can laugh while we do it.
Actually, I prefer it that way.
Your First 8 Minutes from Chaos to Calm
You do not have to overhaul your life.
You do not have to wait until things settle down.
You do not have to wait until you are completely exhausted.
Although if you are already there, come on in.
Begin with eight minutes.
Eight minutes to stop fixing.
Stop figuring.
Stop replaying.
Stop managing.
And just be here.
You do not have to wait until things are bad enough.
You do not have to earn help by becoming exhausted first.
You do not have to hit a wall.
You are allowed to want more calm simply because you are tired of all the noise.
That is enough.
